Traveler Policies

We are the guaranteer for the facilities provided by the Salar. The traveler must verify the Salar before giving his payment, in case of any scam from Salar we KisaZiaraat are not responsible for the money lost. During the travel if you lose your valuable items, we KisaZiaraat are not responsible. The Salar has to co-operate with the Zawar in any situation.
If the Salar is not co-operative, you should review his profile and contact us. We will take legal action upon him.
If the Traveler comes with a reference then the Traveler will get 2% Off on this first payment.

Agent Policies

The facilities you entitle in the advertisement you will be eligible to deliver them. The Salar has to co-operate with the Zawar in any situation. The Salar can not cancel the trip 10 days prior to the departure date. If the advertisement you placed is in pending status, then you can easily cancel the trip.
If the advertisement has been approved but he has to cancel the trip then the Salar will send us a request to cancel the trip then will we validate his reason and then take liable action.
If the Salar wants to cancel the trip and there are paid booking then first the Salar has to return the payments back to the travelers, Then the trip will be canceled.
If the review rating of the Salar drops from certain limit then we can terminate his account.
If the traveler files a complain about th Salar about a certain facility that has not been facilitated by the Salar, then we KisaZiaraat will contact the Salar and make him provide the facilities that he has listed.
If you, Salar come's with a reference then you will get 1500 PKR OFF the first package you purchase.
The Salar is entitled to give us 5% of every traveler payment that we provide him.
The Salar will deliver the money after the visa's have been issued and before the departure date.

Ziaraat Cancelation Policies for Salaar

If the advertisement that Salar placed is in pending status, then the Salar can easily cancel the trip.
If the advertisement has been approved, But Salar has to cancel the trip then the Salar will send us a request to cancel the trip, then will we validate his reason and then take liable action.
If the Salar wants to cancel the trip and there are paid booking then first he will have to return the payments back to the travelers then the trip will be canceled.
The Salar can not cancel the trip 10 days prior to the departure date.

Booking Cancelation Policies for zawaar

If there is a scam related to the money, the company (KisaZiaraat) are not responsible for money lost.
If the Salar cancels the trip, we are not responsible if he does not pay you back.
If you want to cancel the booking, its free, but you have to do it 10 days prior to the departure date and if there is any issue after the cancelation then the company is not responsible.

Payment Policies

There are four types of payments that are available on our platform:
First (Online payment):
You can easily process your payment online with the help of you credit/debit card. We accept (Visa, master card, american express, western union).
Second (Bank payment):
You can easily process you payment by bank payment and depositing the payment in the given account number.
Third (Mobile payment):
You can easily process your payment by mobile transfer we accept. (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Upay)
forth (Cash collect.):
You can process your payment by giving the payment directly to the Salar.


Note: If you have accepted our current policies and if in the future we update our policies you will be automatically enroled and those policies will be automatically accepted by you and we will send you an e-mail of updated policies.
